Although some of the cost for your cake does go to ingredients, the majority is dedicated to the time, talent and resources it takes to make your wedding cake or special occasion cake perfect. From licensing, insurance, taxes and utilities, to tastings, research, sketching and creative implementation, your price reflects not only the cost of eggs, flour and sugar, but also the cost of artfully taking those ingredients and turning them into a
true masterpiece .
Cake Flavors
At Dream Cakes I believe that my cakes should taste as good as they look. I"m dedicated to using fresh delicious ingredients to ensure your cake looks beautiful and tastes incredible! My standard cake flavor is Golden Vanilla. It's heavenly rich flavor melts in your mouth. It's an old family and friends tested recipe I've adopted for all my cakes (my favorite and the standard unless otherwise requested)
Other flavors available include White, Chocolate Devils Food, *Carrot and Red Velvet. (Available on request.)
*Carrot cake with nuts add 25 cents per serving
Icings
Swiss Meringue Buttercream is my Signature Icing and filling. It's a delicious creamy soft vanilla flavored icing that I use on all my cakes. Speciality icings such as *Cream Cheese buttercream, *Chocolate Ganache and *Chocolate Fudge buttercream and Fondant are available upon request. *Additional per serving applies depending on the type of icing.
*My Fondant icing is made from scratch and very tasty. It is rolled thinly and placed over your buttercream iced cake.
Fillings
Signature Buttercream, *Chocolate Fudge Buttercream, *Cream Cheese Buttercream, *Chocolate Ganache, *Oreo Cookie cream
* Pastry Fillings...Strawberry, Lemon and Raspberry

Cup Cakes
Cup Cakes are $2.00 each. Delicious little cakes are iced with creamy buttercream icing. Simple Fondant flowers can be added to make your theme come alive. *Specialty designed cup cakes are $3.00 each. Minimum order 1 dozen.
Hand Dipped Chocolate Strawberries
Hand dipped chocolate strawberries when in season make a perfect topper for any cake. (Dark& White) $1.25 each. Minimum order 1 dozen.
Flavored Mints
Don't forgot the mints...I offer two kinds of delicious mints to complete your party table.
*Chocolate Mints - rich creamy white chocolate is tinted, flavored and molded into cute shapes for your next shower.
