Wedding and Tiered Event Cakes
Each cake from Dream Cakes by Pam is a one-of-a-kind creation. Our custom cakes are priced per serving. Our Wedding Cake prices are based on the complexity of the design and the number of people being served. Average pricing tends to be around $3.50 - $5 per serving. * Addional charges may apply depending on the difficulty of the design, fondant accents, sugar flowers, gumpaste figures and toppers.
All of our cakes are iced and filled in my signature buttercream. Fondant iced cakes are my specialty. Fondant Icing is rolled thinly and placed over your buttercream iced cake (Please note certain designs may require fondant enrobing.)
In addition to the most visually stunning and delicious made cakes, when you order a wedding cake from Dream Cakes by Pam, you also get the following:

Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis. Your date is not reserved until I have received a deposit from you. Quotes are valid for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit (50% of cake quote) is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your wedding/event cake(s). Final balance payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding/event date. If final balance is missed, no cake will be provided nor refund given.
Changes to an existing design will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to your wedding or event date. After that date, I can't accept any changes. Remember that you can change almost anything up to the two weeks before the wedding/event except orders with gumpaste flowers where I require at least four (4) weeks notice.
Wedding Cake Consultations
I will be happy to schedule a consulation with you to discuss your cake. Cake tastings are by appointment only as the cake sample is prepared fresh for you.
• You are welcome to bring up to a total of three people (seating limitations).
• We don’t recommend bringing children as our facility is not a very entertaining place for them to try to sit quietly while mom/dad conduct a business meeting.
• You should plan about an hour for this appointment.
• If you have some photos of cakes you’ve seen that you like, please bring those with you.
• If you have a specific color you want used in your cake design, please bring a color swatch that you can leave with us (a scrap of material, ribbon etc).
We understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be rescheduled. We just ask that you let us know 48 hours in advance when that happens so we will not prepare the cake sample for you and/or we can go ahead and schedule another couple in your time slot. We will happily re-schedule your appointment for you. Your consideration is appreciated by us and by our future brides to help us keep our samplings free!
